汝燕飞女士专注于化学和生物技术领域的专利撰写、申请和咨询业务。她在欧洲专利局（EPO）异议和上诉等授权后程序方面有丰富的经验。

燕飞为客户在各种授权后程序中提供证据准备方面的建议，如在先使用/销售证据以及补充实验报告等。她参与申请的数百项欧洲专利涵盖了小分子药物、高分子材料、大分子药物、诊断试剂盒、化妆品等不同领域的技术。燕飞曾多次参与欧洲专利局审查部门和异议部门的口审，并作为技术和法律翻译协助中国企业在德国进行专利侵权诉讼。

燕飞具有欧洲专利律师和中国专利代理人资格。在加入飞翰前，燕飞供职于一家德国知识产权律师事务所，是该事务所中国事业部的成员。燕飞具有化学工程硕士学位，研究方向聚焦有机材料。她在攻读化学学士学位期间，曾受中国留学基金委资助前往欧洲担任访问助理研究员。
