Finnegan attorney Beth Ferrill will co-present “Cutting Edge Technology = Complex Protection Questions,” discussing new directions in technology, including robotics and 3D user interfaces, and how design patents may be used to protect these new technologies at the eighth annual United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Design Day. Ms. Ferrill will also moderate a panel of PTAB judges and practitioners on post-grant proceedings involving design patents.
