Intellectual Property Institute

Finnegan partner Mike Jakes will participate in the panel discussion, “In re Bilski: The Supreme Court Tackles the Issue of Patentable Subject Matter” at the annual University of Southern California Patent, Trademark, and Copyright meeting.
