All Hands Meeting 2014

Finnegan is a sponsor of the 26th All Hands Meeting, an annual gathering of in-house legal counsel from companies in the technology sector, hosted by the Silicon Valley Association of General Counsel and Ivy Associates. On November 7, at the Advanced IP session, “Two Years of the PTAB: Tales from In-House and Outside Counsel,” Erika Arner will moderate discussions with panelists Aaron Capron and Kathleen Daley, along with in-house counsel from Google, SAP, and Square. All will share their experience, insights, and best practices in dealing with post-grant review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
