Shanghai, China
Finnegan’s Shanghai Office cordially invites you to attend the next seminar in our exclusive Advanced Intellectual Property Seminar Program series. The program features an in-depth discussion on patent issues Chinese internet companies need to consider when their services cross into the United States.
Internet companies in China are expanding tremendously. Their service scope has extended from China to overseas. As Chinese internet companies’ services become available to consumers in the United States, they also become subject to the jurisdiction of U.S. intellectual property laws. In this workshop, the speakers will discuss patent litigations involving Google, Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, and eBay. They will provide an overview of internet-related patent litigation trends in the United States, and, in light of recent cases, they will discuss unique issues regarding internet-related patents, such as patentable subject matter and joint infringement.
Please join us for this important discussion.
