Robert Los, attorney-at-law in Germany, advises and represents clients in all areas of intellectual property (IP). He is focused on patent litigation related to various technologies as well as on trademark and design law in both advisory and litigation capacities.
Robert applies his practical experience in international working environments to support businesses and innovators from all over the world. He assists clients with securing their competitive edge through tailored legal solutions while also focusing on the strategic protection and enforcement of IP rights and helping businesses safeguard innovation and brand value.
Prior to joining Finnegan, Robert worked as a trainee lawyer and research assistant in multiple global and national law firms. In those roles, he contributed to the launch of cross-border legal initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in litigation and transactions across multiple jurisdictions. As a research assistant, he was particularly involved in trademark portfolio management and enforcement for major players in the sports industry, deepening his understanding of brand protection in highly competitive markets.
