Natalie Nogueira focuses on trademark litigation. She helps protect and enforce the intellectual property rights of companies in an array of industries.
While a student, Natalie co-created Yale Law Schools Tech and Accountability Clinic to address developing legal issues in the realms of data privacy, copyright, and artificial intelligence. Throughout law school, she participated in moot court, winning best brief in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition on trademarks, and overall best in the Model World Trade Organization Competition. Natalie was a member of the Yale Law Journal for Law and Technology, a chair of the Latin American Law Student Association, and a volunteer for the Center for Reproductive Rights.
