Max has experience in contentious and non-contentious matters, assisting clients in federal district court litigations as well as in cases before the Trademark Trial Appeal (TTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He has helped draft both dispositive and non-dispositive motions in several litigations.
During law school, Max worked as a law clerk at Finnegan. He provided research for trademark and copyright litigation matters as well as for counseling clients on Federal Trade Commission (FTC) compliance and advertising issues.
Throughout high school and college, Max worked as a voice actor in animated television shows. This experience sparked his interest in copyright law and gave him a distinct perspective on various intellectual property issues for performers in the entertainment industry.
