Associate
Julia Obradovic-Walz, attorney at law in Germany, advises and represents clients in all areas of intellectual property. She is focused on patent litigation as well as on trademark and design law. Julia thrives on international working environments and close client relationships, drawing on her experience gained at a global law firm and a clerkship at the German Constitutional Court.
Prior to joining Finnegan, Julia worked as a trainee lawyer in the Munich IT practice of a global full-service law firm, specializing in data protection. In this role, Julia assisted with implementing large scale transformations in an international setting for the European branch of a big tech company. She worked closely with a multinational team of external as well as in-house counsel based in Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany.
As part of her legal training, Julia served as a law clerk at the second senate of the German Constitutional Court.
