Annmarie Dressler focuses on patent prosecution and litigation across the mechanical and electrical fields. Annmarie's insights as both a former patent examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and a licensed mechanical engineer serve her well in understanding clients' technologies and in creating effective strategies.
While in law school, Annmarie worked for the USPTO as a patent examiner, assessing the validity of patent applications related to vehicle navigation and vehicle systems (Art Unit 3669). She also served as a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and won second place in a writing competition on intellectual property law.
Before entering law school, Annmarie worked as a mechanical engineer in the construction industry. She managed the construction of new buildings, new utility infrastructure systems, and electrical and mechanical improvements to existing buildings.
In addition to her legal pursuits, Annmarie coaches a U5 youth soccer team.
