Finnegan partner Virginia Carron will preside over the State Bar of Georgia's 24th annual Intellectual Property Law Institute. Trenton Ward will introduce the presentation "Recent Developments, Status, and Future of the PTAB," Benjamin Saidman will join the Federal Circuit mock argument, Anna Naydonov will moderate the panel discussion "Top 10 Trademark Decisions of 2017-2018," and David Weingarten will moderate the panel discussion "Hatch-Waxman and Other Litigation: A View from the Bench."
