ABA Intellectual Property Law Section Conference

Finnegan is a sponsor of the 31st annual American Bar Association Intellectual Property Section Law Conference. Finnegan partner Elizabeth Ferrill will participate in the panel discussion “International Design Protection” and Naresh Kilaru will join the panel discussion “Trademark: Litigating Trade Dress and Functionality Cases.” The conference will provide insight on intellectual property topics including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and specialty issues.
