Finnegan partner Elizabeth Ferrill will participate in the panel discussion “International Design Protection” and Naresh Kilaru will join the panel discussion “Trademark: Litigating Trade Dress and Functionality Cases.” The conference will provide insight on intellectual property topics including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and specialty issues.
