A Piece of Federal Circuit History

November 28, 2017

Authored and Edited by Elizabeth D. Ferrill

Who funds the painting of the portraits of the Federal Circuit judges?

No tax dollars are used to for federal judge’s portraits. The funds are from a non-appropriated established fund that is paid for by attorneys when they are admitted to the bar. This fund is used for public benefit and historic relevance.
