Finnegan Shortlisted in 10 Categories in the Managing IP Awards 2023

Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) released its shortlist for the 2023 Managing IP Americas Awards, which recognizes individuals and law firms behind the most innovative and challenging IP work of the past year, as well as those driving the international IP market.

Finnegan was shortlisted for the Americas “Firm of the Year” category, as well as the following five United States National “Firm of the Year” categories: Patent Prosecution, Trademark Disputes, IP Boutique, ITC, and PTAB.

In addition, four Finnegan partners were shortlisted: Erika Harmon Arner (Practitioner of the Year – PTAB); Danny Awdeh (Practitioner of the Year – Trademark Prosecution); Douglas Rettew (Litigator of the Year – DC Metro); John Livingstone (Litigator of the Year – Georgia).

The awards ceremony will be held in New York City on April 27, 2023.
