AIPLA Trademark Boot Camp

Finnegan is a reception sponsor of the third annual American Intellectual Property Law Association Trademark Boot Camp. Christie Baty Hudgins will co-present “Overview of International Trademark Basics.” The program provides a complete overview of the trademark prosecution process, including: pre-filing considerations, foreign and domestic applications, reviewing search reports and responding to office actions.
