Jennifer Roscetti, co-leader of Finnegan’s litigation and trial section, focuses on patent litigation before U.S. district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). She also represents clients before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Her practice encompasses a range of technologies primarily focused on chemical subject matter such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and specialty chemicals.
