Finnegan attorneys Naoki Yoshida and David Albagli will present at the U.S. Patent Seminar Basic Course hosted by Toshiba Techno Center. The course will introduce the fundamentals of U.S. patent prosecution and the procedures for obtaining a patent in the United States. The course will cover the old patent law and the new law, the America Invents Act, as well as important considerations while developing a U.S. patent portfolio. The presentations will be in Japanese.
