Esquenet has been named a partner of the firm. Ms. Esquenet’s practice encompasses all aspects of copyright and trademark law, including client counseling in copyright and trademark registration, licensing, enforcement, rights-clearance, rights transfers, litigation, and right of publicity and privacy matters.

Ms. Esquenet, a skilled litigator, has participated in all aspects of copyright and litigation in numerous federal district court actions and subsequent appeals. She represents clients in a variety of fields including technology and software, media, real estate, and consumer goods in copyright and trademark infringement litigation. Ms. Esquenet has served as Of Counsel in Finnegan’s trademark/copyright practice group since 2009. She is a graduate of American University, Washington College of Law and received her Bachelors of Art from University of California, Berkeley.
