Not all patent applications are of equal value, and priorities can change during prosecution. Please join us as we discuss what can be done to take control of the pace and progress of proceedings. We will review the options, advantages, and risks for expediting or delaying patent prosecution in the major global patent offices and the typical reasons for accelerating or delaying examination, including the benefits and downsides of either strategy.
