The National Law Journal
The National Law Journal recently published a list of the decade’s most influential intellectual property lawyers. Finnegan partner Donald Dunner is the “long-running dean of patent law” and one of the most experienced patent litigators in the country, having argued more than 140 cases at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Dunner served as chairman of the advisory committee to the Federal Circuit for its first 10 years and participated in drafting the court’s rules. He has recently scored several big wins, including a $290 million judgment against Microsoft in i4i L.P. v. Microsoft Corp.
