Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. was granted permission on Thursday to access electronic information of 11 individuals in an ongoing battle between Mitsubishi and General Electric Co. (GE) over wind turbine patents. Mitsubishi claims that GE failed to disclose information to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office during the prosecution of two patents, the same two patents GE claimed Mitsubishi infringed on back in February of 2010. Mitsubishi is represented by Finnegan.
