For more than 20 years, Jeff Berkowitz has negotiated patent licensing deals against large companies like IBM, and aggressive non-practicing entities like Ronald Katz who made over a billion dollars licensing his patents on interactive voice response systems. During this lecture, Jeff will share the tactics he has seen others use and the tactics he uses to persuade companies to license patents.
