Technical Specialist
Prior to joining Finnegan, Sajeth gained eight years of laboratory experience in molecular and computational biology with focuses on neurodevelopmental disorders, genetic engineering, and vascular pathology. His graduate research characterized cell signaling and cell cycle regulatory pathways in vascular pathogenesis, with a focus on identifying therapeutics. In his studies, Sajeth mastered cutting edge molecular biology techniques, such as light sheet microscopy, advanced multiplexed immunofluorescence analysis, and methods in transcriptomics. His dissertation focused on exploring the role of cell cycle regulation in hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia.
