There have been a plethora of decisions addressing complex patent issues in the pharmaceutical and biotech space at all levels of the judicial system, forcing companies and the USPTO to rapidly adjust. This program will address recent case law and delve into how those decisions are impacting the parties efforts to settle ANDA litigations, avoid inequitable conduct, and properly draft claims to encompass patentable subject matter.
