Finnegan attorney Joshua Goldberg will participate in George Washington University Law School’s second annual Post-Grant Practice Roundtable Discussion. The program will discuss recent important decisions, such as Cuozzo Speed Technologies, LLC v. Lee, and will explore post-grant practice at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, highlighting particular aspects of the practice that are working well and also suggesting improvements.
