Michele C. Bosch

Michele Bosch currently chairs the firm’s chemical and metallurgical practice group and serves as a member of the firm’s executive management team. Ms. Bosch’s practice includes most areas of intellectual property law with an emphasis on portfolio management and analysis, due diligence investigations, patent interference proceedings, pre-litigation analysis, and strategic client counseling in the chemical, consumer products, pharmaceutical, and life sciences areas.

Ms. Bosch is a registered patent attorney with more than 15 years of experience representing domestic and international clients in ex parte and inter partes matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Bosch specializes in patent interference proceedings, in particular before the U.S. Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, where she has been lead and back-up lead counsel for clients in diverse technical areas, including pharmaceuticals, consumer products, life sciences, and agrichemicals.

Ms. Bosch’s diverse practice has enabled her to provide full service and complex strategic counseling to domestic and international clients with respect to U.S. patent validity and infringement issues, as well as matters involving patentability and priority of invention issues.
