Japan Foods and Biotechnology Intellectual Property Rights Center (JAFBIC) is hosting the first Invention Day conference. The conference theme is a comparative review of effective practices for securing patents in Japan, China, Europe, as well as in the United States. Finnegan attorney David Albagli will present "Establishing Support for Claims and Claim Amendments with the Specification and Post-Filing Data” and “Trends in Post-Grant Procedures under the AIA” to an audience of food executives and biotechnology experts.
