9 July 2014 Seminar
Typically, it takes two to three years for a patent to issue in the United States and another two to four years to stop an infringer. But new procedures and techniques are dramatically changing the landscape, making it much easier for companies to demonstrate quick value to investors and to more rapidly stop infringers. One Israeli company obtained 11 patents in less than a year. Two other companies working with the presenter obtained allowances in seven weeks. In many instances, the overall cost of the speedy approach can be less than that of the traditional route. In this seminar, we will discuss various techniques to speed the issuance of patents and to accelerate enforcement. If you have a need for speed, this seminar presented by Finnegan partner Gerson Panitch is for you!
The Executives' Guide to Patent Strategy seminar will also be taking place on 16 July 2014.
All lectures will take place at the Ritz-Carlton in Herzliya
17:30 − 21:00
