Maier
Asos PLC
Represented ASOS, a well-known fast fashion retailer, in the U.S. segment of the worldwide infringement, opposition and cancellation disputes with the founders of ASSOS of Switzerland, makers of high-end cycling gear. The case was part of a worldwide offensive challenging our client’s ability to use the ASOS name and brand that it has spent more than a decade building. The parties ultimately reached a confidential settlement.
