Spencer Beall concentrates on trademark, false advertising, and trade secret litigation, as well as full-service brand counseling and management matters. She works with clients across a broad range of industries, including finance, real estate, high technology and electronics, education, healthcare, digital health, footwear, media, fitness, food and beverage, cosmetics, and other consumer goods and services.

Spencer is a licensed solicitor of the senior courts of England and Wales and advises clients on a broad range of domestic and global intellectual property issues. Trademark enforcement and prosecution are central to her brand counseling and management practice. She assists clients with curating, developing, and protecting intellectual property portfolios of all sizes on domestic and global scales, tailored for each client's unique branding strategy.

During and after law school, Spencer volunteered for various nonprofits, including the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC) and the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC). She has been recognized for her pro bono service as a member of the Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll.

Spencer has authored publications in the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law and the Journal of European and American Intelligence Studies.
