Sneha's experience spans all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation due diligence, fact discovery, claim construction, expert discovery, and trial. She is experienced in all stages of district court litigation, including identifying validity and infringement strategies; drafting dispositive briefings; drafting motions; developing claim construction positions; taking and defending witnesses in depositions; and preparing and speaking at trial. Having litigated numerous post-grant review proceedings, Sneha also has experience developing validity strategy and crafting effective briefing before the PTAB.
Prior to joining Finnegan, Sneha gained legal experience through several internships, including at a global telecommunications equipment company. She assisted with client counseling matters, prepared claim charts, and collaborated with outside counsel to update outside counsel guidelines.
Sneha gained technical experience with frontend technologies through internships with a multinational software and an energy company, creating various web applications for recruiting and customer facing interactions. Her technical experience further extends to computer architecture, a skill she became familiar with while interning with a digital transformation software company and working with Spinnaker and Jenkins technologies related to open source.
Pro bono work is an integral aspect of Sneha's legal practice. Her cases include working on a defensive asylum case for a client who is seeking refuge in the United States from Nigeria.
