Peter Rozewicz focuses on patent litigation and prosecution. His technical experience covers a wide range of subject matter within the mechanical and electrical spaces, including electromechanical systems, control systems, and electronic devices.
While in law school, Peter worked as a student attorney at the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic, where he gained experience preparing and prosecuting utility and design patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and counseling clients on intellectual property matters. He was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society (ADRHS), through which he honed his negotiation skills and competed in the 2023 and 2024 American Bar Association Negotiation competitions.
As an undergraduate student, Peter worked for a leading manufacturer of electric power tools, advancing his industrial and technical knowledge of consumer electronics, electrical and computer systems and components, and lithium-ion batteries.
