Pejmon Pashai concentrates his practice primarily on patent litigation, specifically Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) challenges for brand pharmaceutical manufacturers. His technical experience in the biophysiology field predominantly concerns arterial chemoreception.

Pejmon is actively involved in district court litigation, including pre-trial investigations, patent claim infringement analysis, and discovery. He has drafted pleadings, prepared fact discovery, and drafted data protection agreements for European clients.

In addition to his litigation practice, Pejmon counsels clients on digital rights protections. He has experience drafting non-disclosure agreements (NDA), end-user license agreements (EULA), and software-as-a-service agreements (SaaS).

While in law school, Pejmon worked at Finnegan as a summer associate, and later as a law clerk. He co-authored several articles relating to wearable consumer electronics, data privacy protections, and behavioral advertising for off-label uses of pharmaceutical drugs.

Before law school, Pejmon conducted research at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, exploring the neurophysiological and chemoreceptory function of the carotid sinus nerve and carotid body in murine systems. In particular, he conducted in-vivo sinus nerve recordings and luminescence assays.

Pejmon also represents veterans pro bono on cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
