Nikita Alymov, attorney at law in Germany, advises and represents clients in all areas of intellectual property. He focuses on patent infringement proceedings before national German courts related to various technologies, including mechanics, electronics, and life sciences. Nikita applies his practical experience in international working environments in Munich and London to his day-to-day practice with clients from all over the world.

Nikita advises clients in complex IP-related disputes, ranging from pre-litigation analysis, preliminary injunction proceedings, trade secret protection, and patent infringement to compulsory licensing proceedings before the German Federal Patent Court.

Prior to joining Finnegan, Nikita worked as an attorney in the patent litigation practice group of a European IP law firm. While obtaining an LL.M. degree in IP Law at the Queen Mary University of London, Nikita was also part of the university's pro bono law clinic, qLegal. He advised startups and entrepreneurs on IP-related issues in the early phases of building a business.
