Minseo Kim applies a software engineering background in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data analytics, and software systems to intellectual property (IP) matters. Her work focuses on software platforms, AI and ML, data-driven technologies, and robotics. Minseo supports technology companies in U.S. and international patent prosecution matters, including prior art searches and analysis as well as drafting patent applications.

Prior to entering IP practice, Minseo worked as a software engineer at a leading global technology company, where she developed and designed AI-driven systems, including chatbot platforms, knowledge-based systems, search modules, data pipelines, application programming interface (API) integrations, and natural language understanding systems. She is a co-inventor on multiple issued and published U.S. patents related to AI and software-based technologies.
