Lilly Karim-Nejad focuses on district court litigation and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She works with clients across a variety of industries, with an emphasis on those in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields.
While in law school, Lilly worked at Finnegan as a summer associate, assisting with litigation matters before federal district courts and dedicating her time to pro bono matters. She participated in the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition, through which she was recognized for her appellate briefs, and was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
