Lauren J. Robinson

Lauren's litigation experience covers numerous aspects of trial preparation, including conducting discovery and handling day-to-day litigation activities. In particular, she has extensive litigation experience involving the Hatch-Waxman Act, which governs the approval of pharmaceutical products. She also serves as an adjunct professor at the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, teaching in the area of patent litigation.

In addition to litigation, Lauren counsels domestic and international clients regarding U.S. intellectual property law by providing infringement and validity opinions, and by advising them in licensing, antitrust, due diligence, and IP portfolio matters. She also counsels clients regarding patent applications pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
