Kevin Lam focuses on trademark litigation, trademark prosecution, and copyright litigation. He leverages his prior experience as Finnegan’s in-house trademark investigator to support clients across various industries, including those related to consumer goods, entertainment, non-profit, finance, and real estate.
Kevin has experience in contentious and non-contentious matters, assisting clients in federal district court litigations and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) cases before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He drafts pleadings and motions in trademark oppositions and cancellations at the TTAB as well as in district court cases. Kevin also helps conduct pre-litigation trademark enforcement actions, including cease and desist correspondence and social media enforcement.
