Associate
Kathleen Galleher focuses on patent prosecution and litigation across the mechanical and electrical arts. Her practice includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications for a range of technologies, including water treatment, sporting goods, consumer products, cybersecurity, and financial services and business systems.
Prior to joining Finnegan, Kathleen worked as an engineer in the construction industry, developing expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. During her time in the industry, she estimated and purchased electrical and low voltage systems for a variety of large-scale projects. She later managed an electrical subcontractor during construction of a mixed-use office and retail development.
