Jaylen K. Mallett

Jaylen’s technical foundation is grounded in industry experience. While interning for a renowned global aerospace manufacturing corporation, he focused on hardware development, helping to develop a payload terminal maintenance tool and an experimental communications prototype. He also interned with a computational design and digital manufacturing company, where he researched advanced lattice structures for aerospace applications and utilized additive manufacturing software to support design solutions.

During his undergraduate studies, Jaylen contributed to the development of an acoustic monitoring prototype for semiconductor manufacturing pumps and an intelligent plant care product. His technical experience spans mechanical and control systems, additive manufacturing, acoustic monitoring, hardware design, and automation.
