Harry Muttock is a Chartered UK and European patent attorney with experience in a broad range of technical fields, ranging from biotechnologies to computer-implemented inventions. He is also qualified as a patent attorney litigator in the UK.
Harry assists clients in patent prosecution, application drafting, and opposition proceedings at the European Patent Office (EPO). He has substantial experience advising on new product launches, assisting in strategically opposing competitor patents, drafting relevant and targeted patent applications, and providing freedom-to-operate advice. He collaborates with clients on strategic management of their patent portfolios in the UK, Europe, and around the world. Harry's practice further extends to appeal proceedings at the EPO and providing pre-action advice for the UK.
Harry works with companies whose products span the areas of optics, nanoparticles, immunotherapies, pharmaceuticals, mechanics, electronics, microarrays, medical devices, telecommunications, and computer-implemented technologies, making him well-placed for assisting with technologies that bridge multiple technical fields.
