Hajra's practice includes global maintenance, prosecution, and enforcement of trademark and certification mark portfolios for leading brands of consumer goods, telecommunication companies, global retailers, information technology service companies, and companies in the health and wellness space. She has considerable experience in trademark search and clearance matters and regularly manages critical launch and branding efforts. Hajra also conducts pre-publication advertising review and analyzes issues related to trademark, copyright, right of publicity laws, and regulatory advertising and promotion guidance. Hajra handles oppositions, cancellations, and reexamination proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as well as litigations in district courts. She advises on copyright prosecution and infringement matters, and she designs and implements enforcement strategies to strengthen and protect clients' IP assets, including across social media platforms.

Prior to joining Finnegan, Hajra worked at a global law firm, representing private and public companies to strategically monetize and manage their technology and other IP assets.
