Brittany represents clients in federal district courts across the nation as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Prior to joining Finnegan, Brittany worked at a global law firm where she was responsible for handling key components of high-profile and complex litigations involving valuable and recognizable brands.Brittany has extensive experience with online enforcement programs and has recovered countless domain names through UDRP and usTLD proceedings.
