Post-grant proceedings, such as inter partes review (IPR) and patent eligibility, have been hot IP topics in the United States for some time, and perhaps you may already have the basic understanding of the law in this area. This seminar is designed to provide useful strategies in dealing with post-grant proceedings and patent eligibility problems to those who may be familiar with the basic law in this area. A former patent administrative judge, as well as attorneys who have extensive experience in these areas of practice, will provide insights and practical tips.
