Finnegan partners Robert Burns, Bill Dyer, and Rob McCauley will serve as faculty and Jerry Ivey will participate as co-director during the 35th annual University of Virginia School of Law Trial Advocacy Institute. This week-long program develops participants’ advocacy skills by providing training in: presenting an effective opening statement, conducting a direct examination, efficiently cross-examining an adverse witness, and making a compelling closing argument. The program will take place at the University of Virginia School of Law campus in Charlottesville, Virginia.
