Finnegan will co-host with the Chinese American Biopharmaceutical Society (CABS) an afternoon program discussing intellectual property strategies for biotech and pharmaceutical startup companies. Attorney Michael Liu Su will present "Recent Developments on Hot Technologies from an IP Perspective," and attorney Dr. Yieyie Yang will present "Due Diligence for Startups." Their sessions will be followed by a panel discussion on "Best Practices for Startups Needing to Develop Effective and Attractive IP Portfolios."
