WASHINGTON, DC—Finnegan attorneys Aaron Clay, Sydney English, and Constance Lee were selected to be members of the 2021 class of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) action programs. The firm has participated in LCLD’s action programs since 2014.
Aaron Clay will participate in the LCLD Fellows program, which is designed for diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys. The program provides professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, and relationship-building opportunities. Fellows will participate in virtual sessions, including small group learning sessions, leadership lunches, and regional events.
Sydney English and Constance Lee will participate in the LCLD Pathfinder program. The Pathfinder program is designed for diverse, high-potential attorneys who are in the early stages of their careers. The program provides tools for relationship-building, foundational leadership skills, and career development strategies.
“We are excited for Aaron, Sydney, and Constance to participate in the LCLD action programs,” said Finnegan’s diversity partner in charge, Mareesa Frederick. “We continue to be committed to offering opportunities that support our diverse associates and their career development.”
