Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the second woman ever to serve on the United States Supreme Court, was a trailblazer for civil rights and gender equality, inspiring generations of women to break down barriers in their careers. Managing Intellectual Property interviewed Finnegan partner Anna Naydonov to discuss the impact that Justice Ginsburg had on her career as an IP lawyer. 

When Anna first started practicing law, she noted that the balance between having a career and a family was much more difficult. However, Anna said she is inspired by how Ginsburg was able to be successful in both her career and personal life.
