Finnegan partner Doug Rettew will participate in the panel discussion “Thirty Years of Federal Circuit Trademark Law” at the American University Law Review and the Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property’s event commemorating the 30th anniversary of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
