The Maryland State Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property, in cooperation with the University of Maryland School of Law and the University of Baltimore School of Law, will host a program covering the IP issues relating to online content, security, privacy, and data breach, and commercial transactions of online businesses. Finnegan partner Jay Westermeier will present “Acquisition of an E-Commerce Business.” The half-day program will take place at the Ecker Business Training Center in Columbia, Maryland.
